An unusual set that is both interesting and odd. This appears to be one of those items that kicks around in someone's home for decades...but never gets used. The sterling relish fork and sterling cheese server are still in their sealed plastic. The pattern of the sterling fork and server is "Plumes" but each piece is made by a different company. The server was made by Web Silver Company and the fork by Wiedlich. (I have no idea who made the 6" diameter, silver apliqued side plate). It seems that Web took over Wiedlich in 1952which must have been about the time this set was produced.Theapplique, on the plate, is backed in white (please review photos) and the piece is really very nice.It comeswith its original box which is, as can be seen, somewhat the worse for wear... Please review photos carefully.The cheese server is 6 3/8"long and the relish fork is about 5 1/4" long.Questions? Please ask prior to purchase.Sale of this item is not for review.
